Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Vividum, operated by Wolf Pak Strategies LLC (“Wolf Pak,” “we”). By using Vividum you agree to them.
1. The service
Vividum is a platform for discovering, sharing, and contributing animated media. We provide it “as is,” and we may add, change, or discontinue features. During beta, availability is not guaranteed.
2. Accounts
Some features (like uploading) require an account through Wolf Pak Quis single sign-on. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to hold a contributor account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Vividum — including uploading content you don’t have rights to, uploading prohibited content (see the Content Guidelines), scraping or systematically downloading the catalog, attempting to re-identify users, or interfering with the service’s operation.
4. Content
Content you upload is governed by the Contributor Agreement. You keep ownership; you grant us a license to host and serve it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the Content Guidelines.
5. Developer access
Use of the Vividum API is additionally governed by the Developer & API Terms.
6. Intellectual property
Vividum, the Vividum name and marks, and the platform itself are the property of Wolf Pak Strategies LLC. Nothing here transfers those rights to you.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Wolf Pak is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using Vividum and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, including a repeat-infringer policy under our DMCA Policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
