Contributor Agreement

This Agreement applies when you upload content to Vividum. In plain terms: you keep ownership; you give us permission to serve it.

1. You keep ownership

You retain all ownership rights in the content you upload. Nothing here transfers your copyright to Wolf Pak.

2. The license you grant

By uploading, you grant Wolf Pak Strategies LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for formats/thumbnails), publicly display, and distribute your content through Vividum and its API — including redistribution to and display within third-party applications that integrate Vividum. This license exists so your content can actually be served to users; it ends (except for copies already delivered) when you remove the content or close your account.

3. Your representations

• You created the content, or you have all rights and permissions needed to grant this license.
• The content doesn’t infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
• The content complies with the Content Guidelines.

4. Removal

You can remove your content at any time from your dashboard. We may remove content that violates this Agreement or the Guidelines. Because apps may have already delivered a copy to end users, previously-sent items may persist in those conversations.

5. No obligation

We’re not obligated to host, display, or keep any particular piece of content, and we don’t guarantee visibility, ranking, or reach.

6. Rewards

Contributor rewards (such as Wolf Pak product perks) are offered at our discretion under separate program terms, and may change. Rewards are not payment for a license.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Wolf Pak against claims arising from content you upload in breach of your representations above.
