Content Guidelines

Vividum’s catalog is built from original, rights-cleared content. These guidelines keep it clean, legal, and safe for every app that uses it.

Upload only what you own or have rights to

You may upload content you created, or content you have explicit permission and rights to distribute. Do not upload clips from movies, TV shows, music videos, games, or other brands you don’t own — the reaction-clip “gray zone” that other platforms tolerate is not permitted here. This protects you, us, and the apps that redistribute your work.

Prohibited content

• Anything illegal under U.S. law.
• Child sexual abuse material — reported to authorities, zero tolerance.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Explicit pornography.
• Content that promotes violence, harassment, or hate against people based on protected characteristics.
• Trademarks, logos, or brand marks you don’t have the right to use.
• Malware, deceptive, or misleading content.

Ratings

Content is rated so apps can filter appropriately. The default catalog is G-rated. Higher ratings, where allowed, must be tagged accurately.

Review & enforcement

Uploads are reviewed against these guidelines before going public (usually within a day). We may remove content, and we terminate accounts of repeat violators. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA Policy.
