Wolf Pak Strategies LLC respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on Vividum infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at info@wolfpakstrats.com including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material and enough detail for us to locate it (e.g. the item URL).
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
What we do
On a valid notice we remove or disable the material promptly and make a reasonable effort to notify the contributor who uploaded it.
Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under § 512(g) to the same address, including your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief, and your consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
