Privacy Policy

Vividum is a privacy-first animated media platform operated by Wolf Pak Strategies LLC. This policy explains what we collect, what we deliberately do not, and the commitments we’re bound by. It is written to be read — not to hide anything in legalese.

The short version

Vividum doesn’t know who searched for what. It doesn’t know who sent what to whom. It serves media. That’s it. We do not track users, build behavioral profiles, or sell data — ever. These aren’t settings; they’re how the product is built.

How the service is structured

When you use Vividum inside an app (such as Tabella), your requests are proxied through that app’s own server — the “Airlock.” Your IP address, device identifiers, and cookies are stripped before any request reaches Vividum. We receive an anonymized query from an app server, not a request from a person.

What we collect

• Contributor account data: if you sign up to upload content, an email address (via Wolf Pak Quis single sign-on) used to authenticate you and let you manage your uploads.
• Uploaded content and its metadata: the media you upload plus the titles and tags you give it.
• Aggregate, anonymous counts: how many times an item has been served, in aggregate — never tied to an individual viewer.

What we never collect

• Records of who searched for what, or who sent what to whom.
• Behavioral profiles, advertising identifiers, device fingerprints, or cross-site trackers.
• IP addresses by default. If ever needed for abuse prevention, they are anonymized and retained no more than 7 days.
• Any data gathered for the purpose of advertising or sold/licensed to third parties for targeting.

Where data lives

Uploaded media is stored on Cloudflare R2, an approved zero-knowledge storage layer under Wolf Pak’s data-residency rules. Wolf Pak controls the data; infrastructure providers supply storage and compute, not intelligence.

Your rights

• Request a complete export of the data we hold about you, delivered within 30 days.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data, confirmed within 30 days.
• Account deletion is never made harder than account creation.

Third parties

We use infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare and AWS) that process data on our behalf under contract and cannot use it for their own purposes. We do not integrate advertising networks, behavioral analytics services, or social tracking SDKs. This is a hard rule under the Wolf Pak Privacy Constitution.

Our binding charter

Vividum is governed by the Wolf Pak Privacy Protection Constitution — a founding document that makes these commitments binding on every Wolf Pak product. Any material change to our data practices requires a formal amendment, advance notice, and can never be made under commercial pressure.
